Issue with local file / file could not found

I seem to have this issue recently where files seem to be not able to be played on Spotify. I have spotify premium account and never had this issue until recent update.

I have tried to change the preference of the local source and make sure the folders are up to date but I still cannot play the audio files. 

Any help?
