I've tried so many times to make payment using debit card. At first, i taught my card has problem to make international purchase, so i contact the bank. Then i try again but still fail. It keep appear "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." So then i realize that th problem is from spotify itself and not my card because i've contact the many times asking about the same question. Please help me to solve it

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
