My Question or Issue

 

I live in Seoul, South Korea, so

DO NOT TELL ME IT IS THE ISSUE OF INTERNET SPEED OR CONNECTION of mine.

I keep having this buffering, disconnection, stopping streaming and no sound

troubleshoots for over one year.. once a day for a minimum hour or more. 

Sometimes, it happens in the mobile app.

 

Do I have to cancel my subscription?

Please, just invest more  resource to the network or server, whatever.

IT IS SOOOOO ANNOYING..

Thanks for posting on the Community and welcome.

 

We'd like to gather as much information as possible to be able to help you. Did you notice if this is happening in both the desktop app and the web player? If not sure, it'd be awesome if you could check.


On another note, is this happening on another account? You can create a free test account to open it on your computer and verify if the inconvenience persists there.


Lastly, if you haven't yet, we recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app on your computer to see if this makes a difference. You can find out the steps to do it here.
