My Question or Issue

I can't go back or forward while playing a song in my Windows device. I already tried to do a fresh reinstall of Spotify, i rebooted my device and still doesn't work. As you can see, the musics tested in video were not downloaded, this issue only happens with no downloaded songs. When i tried it with downloaded songs, it worked. And i tried it also in the Web player, it also worked. Only happens in Spotify app.

I was facing the same issue, and solved changing the streming quality from "auto" to "high" as instructed in the following article:

Estou com o mesmo problema.

Windows 11

Musicas baixadas funciona normal.

No streaming as musicas pulam de faixa quando quero avançar dentro da musica.

Isso irrita demais.

I was facing the same issue, and solved changing the streming quality from "auto" to "high" as instructed in the following article:

Thanks, that worked! I disabled the Hardware Aceleration and changed the streaming quality from "Auto" to "High".
