Change "liked from the radio" playlist

Ok, here's the thing: I have created a playlist from the songs i liked from the radio (you know, by clicking the "like" button in the radio), I changed the name of the list, but when I "like" new songs from the radio they still go to this same playlist. Is there any way to preserve my list as it is, and create a new "liked from the radio" playlist? Is just that I don't want to add new songs to my perfect 2015-2016 liked songs playlist!!
