I cannot log in at all....i'm going crazy at work without my music.

Okay so, a couple of days ago I got an error message #4 on my spotify meaning there was no internet connection but I did have internet connection. I signed out/in to refresh the app but I cannot get pass the login. A red "do not" sign turns into my cursor. I have tried, reinstalling, troubleshooting, reboting, and reseting my password. Nothing is working 😕

Hello @gonzalez_mx385,

Make sure your work internet does not disable Spotify app. Many workplaces do and in that case most employees, such as myself, use Spotify web player. If th network did disable Spotify it would make sense of why it would say offline. Hope this helps.

I don't think they would not let my spotify connect. It was conneceted before and these fools don't even know how to use the internet.
