Song seek lagging?

It seems there's a delay of 1-3 seconds when setting seeker to mid-song for an example. Used to be instant. Doesn't happen only to me, verified this with three other people, everyone has this. What's up with that?

Solved!!Superuser Contribution Spotify Ends Song Early
