My Question or Issue

the setup exe I download from the website is not working. Everytime i try to install, the installation window half disappears suddenly.

So I try to download it through microsoft store, i could finally install it, but everytime i try to log in, there is a pop-up says 'something went wrong, please try again'

Can you open up and use the web player?

This looks a bit like your device's firewall has decided to block it. If you use some antivirus, try disabling that for a moment to see if it fixes anything. VPN and proxy can affect it also.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve solved the problem. It seems like I set the username wrong (with some emoji in it), so the software can’t not install properly… it’s my mistake 😢😭
