Equaliser feature on Apple Watch

I'm having another go at getting this idea going.  Spotify is one of the only Apps that provides a good and easy to use equaliser. For people with hearing loss, this is a great feature.  In fact I am even using it for music therapy (cyst.blog). It would really help to have an EQ feature on the Apple Watch to allow this to happen from the watch.

Apple watch NEEDS a equalizer with the Spotify app. Even an option to mirror the phones side EQ to the watch would be awesome.
