Bring back the heart button!

It's SUPER frustrating, we can't see which songs we liked in our own playlists, Bring back the heart button PLEASE, the new way doesn't work AT ALL

I still miss the hear button!

I have two lists every year: Best songs and best albums. When a song is released and the album from it hasn't, I add it to best songs without adding a heart. When the album of the song is released I add the heart to it signalising that it has been released on an album. Now it's impossible to me to know which albums I potentially missed.

I know I'm of a dying breed, but I view albums as self-contained form of art which should be listened from front to back for the full experience.

I GOT THE HEART BUTTON BACK! I hope this is not part of some A/B testing, I don't wanna lose it again.

Update (Sep 27):

Aaaand it's gone... again.

Got the heart button back today! Hope it's not some A/B testing or a glitch.

Update:

It's gone again. -_-

I **bleep**ing hate it and consider moving to another platform.

Besides: I also would like to hate a single click button to remove a song from a playlist (kind of dislike) as I listen mostly in the car it needs to be easy.

The heart should not just be taken away, users should also be able to like the same song multiple times to increase its weight in their "I like you more" or "All time favorites" playlist.

I saw the same thing. After installing a new version I got the heart mark back.

Then I killed spotify because it was acting up, and when it started again, the heart was gone...

I'm just here to add to the dogpile because this is seriously my most consistent gripe with Spotify right now. Not having that little visual indicator when browsing albums, playlists, etc. makes it so much harder to keep my library in order. I actually really like the functionality of the plus button, I just want the heart to show up on liked songs again. Just put it right next to where the plus/checkmark goes, there's gotta be someone they haven't laid off yet who knows how to add that.

SPOTIFY STOP BEING SILENT

Frustrating to see this still isn't "fixed" the lack of a proper like button is still horrible.

I didn't wanna outright insult but I think I will. Are you actively hiring unqualified people to work on your UI/UX now?

Whose effin' idea was it to make the like buttons show filled "if they're saved in ANY playlist"?

Did they ever use Spotify at all? This is M Night Shmayalamayan vs. Avatar The Last Airbender level incompetency.

With this update, all the tracks in Discover Weekly and Release Radar and every other track in saved playlists show as Liked.

This is, by (Cambridge) dictionary definition, **bleep**ation.

EDIT: Since it's censored, here is dictionary definition of the censored word:
