HELP I cant find the song im looking for

I've been searching for this song for ages now, I think it's up to a year almost!

The problem is that I only know a few lyrics, but the thing that I do remember perfectly is the art of the album cover! Its a very special album cover. Its a drawing and not a picture.

The album cover consists of:

-A "child-like" person with blond hair and a VERY big head. It's looking towards us.

-The person sits in a white bathtub.

-I'm pretty sure the walls are pink clinker. They may be a different color, but I'm really confident that its clinker.

-There are wines and plants all around the bathtub and I think some wines are in the bathtub as well.
