Distortion, a type audio signal processing that changes the sound of amplified electric musical instruments, can produce a "growly", “fuzzy,” or “gritty” tone.
I’ve noticed that I often enjoy listening to music with distorted tones, and am curious if anyone else enjoys distortion in music as well. If so, feel free to share!

It's the low end getting distorted in a particularly delicious way. Great contrast with the symphonic sounds and otherwise pristine production.
