Looking through your images my initial answer would be: something you have permission to use.

I also find that album art is a bit more than just a picture. It should work together with the music the album contains, by matching its atmosphere or the creative process or whatever. You might have better success when you find a friend with artistic view on choosing or creating album art. 🙂

If your album art is more than just a random image, it can be inviting for people to come and hit play on your tunes.

In conclusion - I cannot choose, really, because for best selection I'd need to hear the music too. These are just... random. They don't speak to me. Sorry!
Find an artistic friend, just remember you should buy them at least a good beer, it's not easy being an artist! 😉
