Hello Spotify Community. I was wondering if I could change my account from signing in with Facebook to just a regular account while keeping everything like it is.

Hi. Yeah I think is possible but you must contact spotify's Customer Service with this link: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/  Fill the form with what you need to be done with your account. Then, they will send you an email and you should answer it with the same explanation. They take up to 24 hrs to get in touch.

However, the previously provided answer is most correct!  Spotify techincal support will easily do this for you without you having to walk through an unauthrozied guide.
