Alexa doesnt allow me to connect with Spotify in the netherlands?

In order to use Spotify with Alexa, you need to have a Premium account. You already stated that you have one, but you might be logging in on a Free account, so we suggest that you log out and back in with the correct details of your Premium account. Make sure to check out this help article.
