Bluesound + Spotify

Bluesound + Spotify

Spotify doesn´t find my bluesound device.

I´ve reinstalled spotify, blusound app AND i even did a factory reset of the bluesound device. The problem seems to be in the spotify app. I even logged in via the web browser to delete bluesound access. Nothing seems to work!

Try restarting all your devices (and speakers). Also, make sure that:

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date. We know you already did this, but just to be sure, can you reinstall the app with these steps?
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software.

If possible, try switching between different networks and see if that helps.

 

Further, as much as we want to make the Connect feature available for all devices, some of them may not be supported depending on the manufacturer. We suggest that you also talk to them regarding this.
