Can´t open app in iPhone.

I cant open the app in my phone, i have deleted the app, installed it again and nothing works, it just clashes when i try to open it. 

I don´t know what to do, please help me.

Are you using any battery optimization? If yes, then make sure Spotify is added as an exception since the optimization may be affecting the app and thus preventing it from running. Another thing you can check is if you have any memory-clearing apps that manage your RAM and exclude Spotify from them.

If the issue persists, a short screen recording which shows the app's behavior in action would be greatly appreciated. That way we can get a clear understanding of what's happening on your end.
