Email not sending to artist support?

 

Hi ive recently tried to send an email to arist support on spotify but it keeps sending the error message "Uh oh. Something went wrong." Any idea why this is happpening?

 

This is the email im sending:

 Hi, recently I put a song up on spotify via tunecore under the alias 'De Souza' and it placed it under an artist of the same name. I have attempted to create an artist profile to appeal to have the song redirected to a profile of my own but since I can't create one at all I'm having no luck. Are you able to help me create an artist profile and put my song onto it instead of the other artist? Thanks. (Btw, the song I'm hoping to change is called Caramel and is being displayed as the incorrect artist's most recent song.) 🙂

I recommend trying to send your email in incognito mode or a different browser, I also suggest wiping cookies and cache.

A different network might help too. 🙂
