Hi. I'm trying to login , as the owner/admin, to the Podcast Admin page so that I can upload a new episode.
But I can't seem to access it.
If I "login using Spotify" the Podcast is "empty". There's nothing there.
I've tried once on the laptop and many times on mobile, but to no avail.
I'll try again tomorrow on laptop.

I'm having this issue as well. Thankfully, I was able to somehow access the analytics dashboard using the URL that contains the "/dashboard" navigation; I go there enough that my Mac automatically fills it in when I start typing the website. But if I try to simply log in through the normal login page, it looks like it wants me to set up a podcast and an account...but I already have an account and have been running a podcast on Spotify for 5 years. Any updates on why this is happening to some people?
I had this problem as well. I was able to access my dashboard because Mac remembers the URL that leads to my dashboard so every time I start typing the spotify URL in my browser, it automatically fills in the dashboard URL; I've been able to log in and view the analytics from there. But if I try to log in through the typical Spotify Podcasters login page it seems to give me three options 1) start an account, 2) "log in (If you’ve recently created a new account or changed your login to Spotify)" 3) "Haven't updated your account yet? Log in with Anchor" --none of these options seem to make sense for me. 1) I've been using spotify to host my podcast via a distributor for 5 years; not new. 2) I haven't changed my Spotify login or created a new account recently. And 3) I have googled and can't figure out what it means by "Updated my account." Any advice?
bro, I had the same issue and got it resolved just now. All thanks to Charles from Customer Support.
I will tell you exactly what he told me:
Logout of your account (in the browser)
To migrate your login, please open this link: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/login,
click 'Haven't updated your account yet? Log in with Anchor'. (you can see this option down below)
Follow the steps. they will send a verification code to verify you are the owner to the email id.
Type the code and it's done.
N.B if you're using the Podcasters for Spotify App you may have to uninstall and reinstall and then login. and there you are.
Your podcast is back as good as new. And that's how I got mine.
Kudos to Spotify Customer care Support. Give my man Charles a raise.
Hi all, I've run a podcast on the "creator" Platform since it was Anchor; at some point, I had. Two Spotify accounts: the one I'm posting from and the one my show is linked to some how they are both linked to the same email, but the one with acesss to my podcast won't let me reset my Password.
