My Question or Issue

Hello everybody, my songs stop after 10 second when using Webplayer on Ubuntu 20.04 and after 5 seconds when using the app on my mobile. The subscription just renewed today.

Does anybody have any hints?

 

EDIT: I tried to disconnect the WebPlayer and login again. Ubuntu completely freezed and I had to hard reboot. Are there any issues with Spotify and Ubuntu? It never happened in one month of usage..

Could you try if playback works for you now?

 

It seems there was a brief outage affecting music playback. This seems to be resolved now.

I am experiencing the same thing. Every song skips after 5-10 seconds on both IOS and PlayStation. 

I have the same issue!!!!!

Every few seconds, the song stops and switches to the next one on the playlist.

It is driving me crazy, I did a factory reset of my Chromecast audio device, changed my router, logged out all the devices from my Spotify account but nothing helped.

I tried using the browser embedded player, but the same issue keeps happening.

Spotify support, please assist!!!

I have a similar problem, with varyiing amount of seconds before skip.

I’m having the same issue on my iphone. I want my music!!!

Also happening on Google Mini speakers connected to a premium Spotify account, so it can't be a client-side issue.
