In this case, we'd suggest starting off by checking the receipts of your account. There, you can have a look at all your charges and make sure everything is in order. You can double-check the currency of your payment and the amount.

 

From what you mentioned, we understand you made a one-time payment. Just to confirm, did you receive more than one charge? It’s possible you have another Premium account. Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Perhaps you subscribe to a different account that was registered with one of those methods. Try logging in with these to check.

 

If not, it'd be better if you get in touch with your bank (if you see the charge on a different currency), so they can help you clarify what happened and some further insights.
