I got a code to buy tickets and the code auto generated by Spotify invalid

I opened the Spotify desktop application this morning and I got a pop up drop down from the center of the screen saying Get Luke Combs tickets. I was surprised and super excited because I knew his concert in Sydney was almost sold out. I clicked on it and it comes up with "Find Tickets" and I click on it and it takes me to Ticketek the Australian ticket page. Then it auto-populates, this is very specific I do not copy and paste, type anything it auto populates a code generated from Spotify. I click Unlock tickets and it says "Not valid" I have been chatting with support, 3 separate agents, this morning and sent them the screenshots and they cannot understand what I am talking about.

I have a screen recording of me clicking the link, the Ticketek website opening, the code auto populating and the message not valid.

The three agents are asking me to send them where I got the code. I cannot. I did not get an email it automatically enters itself after clicking on the link in Spotify. Each agent just waits for me to get disconnected and I start over with the next agent asking the same questions. 

I am so disappointed. I asked if I can get another code and they said its one code per user. Yes my code for me as a user did not work. I have been chatting for 1.5 hours and offered to send a screen recording because the attachment is larger than 5MB and I have been ignored. This is not the customer service I expect from a big company. 

I have asked for my case to be escalated also ignored.

It's worth mentioning that Spotify does send codes via email and you can check out this help article for more details.

We also have links to sales in the app, however, that doesn't necessarily mean that there is an offer on the show.

We took a look at the screenshots you attached. In this case, we see a blue shield icon on the field with the code which looks like the field was autofilled by the Bitwarden app and that code was not added from the link in Spotify.
