I got my premium account but I am not able to download songs. What can i do

I can not see download option on the songs. How can i fix this?

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and welcome 🙂

 

Before continuing any further, just keep in mind that you can't download music on the Web Player, but only on the Spotify app.

 

To get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be great if you could share some more details. Does this happen on one or multiple devices and have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

 

First I recommend making sure that you're logged in to the correct Premium account on the app by logging out > back in with the correct credentials. If you think that you may have accidentally created other account(s) you can check out the info here.

 

Just to be on the safe side, you can also check out this help article for downloading content on different devices. 

 

When you've made sure that you're logged in to your Premium account on the app, but still don't see the option to download content you can give Spotify a clean reinstall with these steps as it helps resolve different performance issues.
