My Question or Issue

Apparently everyone in the world got the lyrics with the update. Expect me. How do I fix this ? Or rather how will YOU fix this ?! Emptied the cache about 25 times and deleted/redownloaded the app and rebooted my phone that many times. Pretty sure the problem here is Spotify. Not even on my PC does your "update" shows up, and yet my roommate has the lyrics feature working just fine. What is this ? Seems like there's always problems with Spotify.

Edit : I meant except me. But also expect me. I'm not happy about this.

My lyrics show "couldn't load the lyrics for this song" again and again. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it again but nothing changed

Hey There!
I'm using spotify on my Laptop web and until this time the app was okay but now....it's having some issues.
The main problem is lyrics are not showing. It always says "You'll have to guess the lyrics for this one.", Looks like we don't have the lyrics for this song." or "Hmm. We don't know the lyrics for this one." So can I know whats the main problem for this ??
 I tried installing the app on Laptop, restarting and clearing browser data. But nothing seems to work. And like 2/3 months ago all these lyrics worked..the problem is why suddenly not working? I use this app because it easy with all the lyrics and everything, but if that feature is no longer available I dont see a use of using Spotify.I've attached some screenshots down below.
So pls try to fix this error as soon as possible.

I don't have that on my screen what so ever everytime I try to scroll down on any of my songs it's either just storyboard or nothing 😞
