My Question or Issue

I usually hear in my notebook, cellphone and TV, today, when i was hearing on Chromecast by my cellphone, the music starts and pause every thousandth of a second. I dont know whats happening, i just cant hear the music because of it.

Then, I need to shut down the spotify in the chromecast, in the notebook and cellphone, because I cant change the music, cant change where will play the music, the app dont work, in the android and windows too.

After shut down the TV, a few minutes later, the chromecast log out of the spotify, and the app back to work.

 

Do you know whats happening?

Can you help me?

Probably the problem is the chromecast, but i dont know how to fix it.

 

(Obs: I dont know where check the chromecast version, if you need this information, ask me, and I will try to find it)

Sounds like there's a slight hiccup with your offline cache. We'd suggest performing a clean reinstall of the app on your devices.
