Song disliking...

So on all of my devices... Anytime I dislike a song it DOES NOT SAVE. I have herd the same feaking song I dislike 2 song AFTER I disliked it. And restated app.
Android, iPad, and pc.... It always comes back and its to the point that it should of been fixed months ago... Dislike means Do Not Play Again. So why is it playing the same fking song that I just disliked.....

This week alone, I have disliked the same 3 songs 4 times in 5 days.  They play in succession EVERY time, too.  So, not only am I having to continually dislike a song, I'm also using up skips, setting me up to have to listen to yet another song that I've previously disliked.
