Songs are not loaded completely in Djay Pro 2 on a MacBook

Plan - Premium

Country - Germany

Device - MacBook Pro 2017, 16 GB RAM, 

Operating System - macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

 

My Question or Issue:

Songs from my playlist will not load completely. Maximum for a length of about 30 seconds. On the other hand titles from offline directories (eg from hard disk) are completely loaded.

 

I also logged out of all devices before. I even created a new premium account (family account). All this did not help ... 😞

Addendum: since today this effect occurs on ALL (!!!) my Apple devices (iPad and iPhone with Djay Pro 2) - no matter which account I am logged in.

 

Please help! This is really urgent.

Question solved:

I suspect that Djay Pro 2 does not work with a user within a family subscription (Premium Familiy). Spotify obviously checks the location via the IP address. This is more than unpleasant.

Do I have to conclude another premium subscription for my DJ account? Not really?!

I hope Spotify offers a customer-friendly solution here ...
