Spotify Connect, Waiting for user

Hi, I'm having issues connecting to my radio using "Spotify Connect". It worked fine when I first set it up, but this morning, a day after using it for the first time, I can't seem to connect to the radio. The device shows up in the list of available devices, but when I choose to connect to it, it tries to connect before nothing happens. The display on my radio says "Waiting for user". The radio is a Pinell Supersound II.

I've tried resetting the radio, and have used different devices to connect, both from phones and my laptop. I've also made sure the 4070 port is open.

Searching around I've found that other people have had similiar problems using different kinds of radios without getting definite answers.
