Spotify Famly Share Connection Issue (LG C9 with multiple Devices)

Hello,

my LG C9 does connect to one Family Account with full functionality. But not with mine. I can connect but not start playing songs, only songs that are in a playlist work. So i redownloaded Apps from the TV multipple times, from my Samsung S9, Ipad 2nd Gen and PC. No fixaround. As I said it only ouccurs for my family share Sub Account. Any suggestions? I must be a Spotify Problem since the other Family share Accounts worked on the same devices.

 

The onlything that properly works is Airplay with my Account.

Pls adress the issue.

We understand you've already tried reinstalling the app. However, we'd like to suggest a clean reinstall on your main devices. This is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing trouble. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending over a screen recording where we can take a better look at the issue? You can include a link to it or attach it using the Insert Video option in the post editor, just make sure to exclude any personal info from it.
