Spotify problems with Alexa

My Question or Issue

Lately Spotify has started playing automatically after I have paused or stopped the music. It can happen after few minutes, or hours. Sometimes in the middle of night, too. Previously I was listening music in one room and Spotify started to play music on another room's Echo. So it was playing two different songs with one account. 

And it plays the same songs all the time. Or when I start to listen an album it plays one song, starts playing second but in the middle of that goes back to first song or skips to next.

Also, at the moment open.spotify.com doesn't play anything. Play button doesn't do anything.

We'd suggest you give these steps a go. It's also a good idea to try these steps so you can make sure your account is protected.

If you experience issue with the web player, you can restart the device and then log out and log back in again. You can also clear the cache and cookies.

If the issue persists, you can try with another browser. Are there any changes?
