My Question or Issue
When I play a song it stops after 9 seconds of playback and I get the "Oooops, something went wrong with the playback. Reload" error. It's been like this since the last update of Chrome.
Hi Daisy, I am pretty sure that I wrote under "Device" that this concerns the web player and not the application.
Hey there @bronc,
Thanks for getting back and apologies for the confusion.

Hope this helps some more!

Hello I am having the same issue on my Android Mobile. I do not get any message, it just stops playing after 9 secs.
I´ve tried many things to solve it, but they only work temporarily and after some hours the issue comes back.
What I did:
- Restart the app
- Delete app data and cache
- Sign out everywhere
- Reinstall the app
- all together
Did anyone find the solution?
Thanks!
