Unable to access spotify web player nor spotify desktop

My Question or Issue

I've tried from different location (home, work), it seems I can't access spotify anymore in New Cal. The app works on phone works though (galaxy s9+, android pie). I keep getting this error on the web player wether it's on Osx/windows/Android Pie. Can you help me?
