Unable to login using my Facebook account to android app

Hello. 

I have been having this problem for a couple of days now where I try to connect my Spotify to my Facebook account with my android device.  since it is my main account I use on all of my devices I am a bit shocked by this incident. Since My account works on TV apps and both the browser version and desktop spotify app.

It has worked before this incident. When I click on continue login it sends me to the verification screen a few times when i click the Continue as button, then after a bit it switches to a blank screen making me unable to connect. I have added images of what my problem looks like. My spotify is on the latest version, i tried restarting my phone, uninstalling then reinstalling and nothing seems to work.

In this case, we'd suggest you clear the cache and cookies of the browser you're being redirected to. If you're using Chrome as your preferred browser on your mobile, you can follow these steps to clear the info from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, such as loading or formatting issues on sites.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.
• Are you able to log in to your account using your email and password?
• Does this happen if you try to log in to Spotify with Facebook while using a different mobile device? You can ask for the mobile device of a relative or a friend to open your account there and check.

Greetings AlejaR, apologies for not responding right away I have been super busy. 

To answer your questions: 

1. Is it ok if i can somehow keep my model number confidential, is there another way to give you this information? 

2. My version of Spotify is 8.9.98.488

3. I am able to login to it using my google account but that is not my main account; I am not able to log into my email and password linked with my facebook account as it says its the wrong credentials whilst its the same username and password i use for Facebook. 

4. Sadly i do not have another mobile device, Facebook sign in works on the television app though.

Keep in mind that the email address on your Spotify account can be different than the one on your Facebook profile and this could be why you've been unable to log in with the email and password combination you use for Facebook.

No worries, if you remember the email address that you used to register on Spotify, you can reset your password here: https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset and then you should be able to log in to Spotify with the email and new password.

On another note, it'd be great if you could check if you're able to log in to Spotify via Facebook on a computer if that's possible.
