Unable to play podcasts; no progression through track and no audio

Unable to play podcasts; no progression through track and no audio

Whenever I attempt to play a podcast I am unable to. The tracker doesn't move off of 0:00, and manually moving it does nothing. I have tried clearing the cache, logging out, uninstalling, using the web player, and nothing seems to work. Seems like a problem localised to my account. This only started within the last two weeks. Please help

Thanks for reaching out. Does this happen with all podcasts or only specific ones? Would it be possible to use a different account to log into your own devices to test if the issue persists? This will help us definitively find whether or not the issue is account-related.
