Webplayer shuffle not working correctly

Windows 7, Chrome v69, webplayer.

My Question or Issue

 Shuffle stopped working correctly for some time now, on the webplayer. The old problem posted over a year ago has reared its head again: shuffle only takes into account ~100-200 around the song you started with. The old workaround of toggling shuffle off and then back on doesn't work any more. It feels rather awful.

Is this happening with both the Web Player and the app? There is a similar thread here in that case. Make sure to add a comment and +VOTE.

Only the webplayer has a problem with shuffle, the desktop program works correctly.
