Windows phone connection issue

I use Windows Phone 950xl. For 2 or 3 months It's not possible to listen to music.

When I connect via wireless modem, app can be started , I can search and find the songs but after play button, nothing happens. No error, no action

When I connect via 3g, app cant be started, it says I have no connection but I have.

I have also android mobile phone, no issues I have with this phone.
Is there any advice for the solution?

Nothing can be done atm, since Spotify has abandoned the app for now. Just pray to all the gods or hope that they're building a UWP app.
