my chromebook wont let me download music with spotify premium

I have a chrome book premium soptify and on my chrombook the main app and website don't let me download anything

Note that the Web Player doesn't support offline listening, so you can't download playlists there.

As for the app, could you check if you're logged in to your Premium account? You can also try performing a clean reinstall by following the steps here. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot which shows how things look on your end along with the exact version of Spotify you're running.
