Could you try to log out > restart your phone > log back in to see if that makes any difference for you? It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be interfering with the app's performance on your device.

If that doesn't do it for you, could you share with us the exact Spotify version that you're currently running and, if possible, if you experience this on other mobile devices?
