spotify wont play on my browser at all

My Question or Issue

I keep getting this popup every time i log in its only when i log in as well and the spotify app on pc doesnt work either it will load but wont play any songs. I have tired uninstalling and re installing ive restarted pc / browser / app i have cleared cache on browser but it only works when im not logged in. idk what to do it isnt working but it works on my iphone 10 just fine so i dont get it

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain.

Also, are you able to access the web player via an incognito browser? If that's the case it's a good idea to clear your cache and cookies.
