unable to block specific user

Hi, I'm having an issue where the option to block a specific user comes up, but when I click the option it doesn't do anything. I can block other users, just not this specific person.  I'd like to get this solved as soon as possible, since I'm pretty sure the user I want to block is stalking me. I'm using Spotify on desktop with windows 10. Thanks in advance
