Hello, I made a video. I don't really use Google drive but I uploaded it to Dropbox:

This is exactly what is happening to me in My Volvo V60 2021 since the
Spotify collapse a month ago. No music in there....

Hello, sorry, not used to Drive, I thought the access was general as soon
as I shared the link.

I changed it so everyone can have access to it, see if it works now:

I can confirm same issue as in the shared video on Volvo XC40 MY 2021, Sweden market.

We've merged all reports about this issue into this thread since it differs from this one.

 

Before we forward it to our tech team, can you check if reinstalling the app or using a different internet connection makes an difference? If possible, try a different account to help us narrow down the possible cause.

Hi, yesterday my Spotify app stopped working again. I could open it but it would be stuck loading music, just like before the update.

 

I Un-installed it and installed it again and now it's working, however the playlists/categories are still empty.

 

I also tried a different Spotify account and connecting the car to Wi-Fi rather than using its modem connection and there is no improvement. The folders under "Browse all" are still empty.

Volvo v60 B4 2021.
All is working properly since 20th March.
