Changing a Podcast Category

Hello. I have been trying in vain for almost two hours to change a category for one of my podcasts. I was on with a message chat agent via Spotify for Podcasters and got nowhere. The agent asked me for my credit card details, date of birth, and where I was located. All very weird, intrusive, and suspect. When I questioned why this was all necessary, they stopped interacting, What is going on? The issue still hasn't been resolved, if anything, I'm further back and now think my account has been compromised. Anyone?
