Attivazione spotify premium

Ho attivato la promozione di spotify premium al costo di 0,99 euro per tre mesi ma non mi si attiva nè dal pc nè dall'app sul cellulare. Cosa devo fare? Mi è arivata anche l'e-mail di conferma di pagamento e non ho mai usufruito della promozione precedenemente.

If you paid for this promotion and it isn't working, the payment may have stayed as pending. This means that the payment didn't go through and the money will go back to your account soon.

If you contact your bank and you're sure the payment was processed, you might have more than one Spotify account. In this case, try following this troubleshooting to make sure you're on the correct account.
