My Question or Issue

Hi, I and my girlfriend live together and split a family Plan but when I receive the invitation by email, I get the message that was not possible to verify my information. I didn't find any place to get help but here. No email, Chat or Phone.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Could you try accepting the invitation using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please follow these steps: 

  1. Ask your girlfriend to send the invitation again using a different browser
  2. If that doesn't help, try sending the invitation using a different email address (you don't need to send the invite to the email address registered on your Spotify account)
  3. If none of those work, and you keep getting an error message - please send me a screenshot of the error message so I can check for anything that's strange.
