Can't add to a family account

Can't add to a family account

 

My Question or Issue

 Family members click "Confirm Account" from the emailed invite, and then its says "You're all set", but account still says FREE - I can't get the account to actually link to my family subscription.

Sorry to hear this. Could you try sending them the invite again using a different browser or incognito mode?
