Changing Duo to family, does the duo secondary member loose their account

Changing Duo to family, does the duo secondary member loose their account

I have a duo account, myself as "captain" and my wife as secondary. I wish to upgrade to family to add my children. Will my wife keep her playlists and account or loose it? I saw somewhere it suggested the other duo member would loose their account in the change

Hey @jmsjabb ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

They will all keep their accounts, of course. There's no reason why they would lose it, as their account would simply revert back to Spotify Free if they're no longer part of a paid plan.
