Duo premium doesn't work

I gave the link to my wife, she confirmed the address, but still it stays as free Spotify with add and we cannot listen Spotify separately?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you check if you're logged on your own separate accounts and check that those are indeed the accounts part of the subscription? Here is how to check for multiple accounts.
