Family Plan Invite

Family Plan Invite

Hey! Hope someone can help, I'm trying to add a family member to my plan. Invite was successfuly sent but when he is trying to accept the invite then logging in to his account, it says "invalid username or password" even if he is 100% sure the correct credentials were entered! 

 

Please someone from Support help us!

Do you know which device is he using to log in?

 

If it's a mobile, please ask him to use a laptop/desktop, and clear the browser's cache before the process and let me know if this helps!
