My mum sended me an email with the link for the family Spotify premium but actually I didn't receive any email although we checked up the email address several times

Let's make sure the invite email isn't hiding in your junk or unwanted email boxes. If it's nowhere to be found, ask your mom to try sending the invite again using a different web browser or an incognito window.

 

If you don't receive the email even after following the suggestions above, try heading to your account overview page and update your email address to a different one to see if you receive it.

 

If nothing helps, it's best to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll take a closer look at your account and help you join the plan as soon as possible.
