Invitation to join premium family plan delivers error message

My Question or Issue

When I open the invitation link to join the premium for family plan (2 memberships still available) it take me to an error page. This happens whether I am signed in (my own free plan) or out of Spotify. please could you advise what to do?

Since quite a few different error messages exist, it'd be great if you could share the exact error message you're seeing. 🙂

404s and heartbreaks. Send me in a loop back to FAQs etc.

Thanks for getting back.

 

The link you've shared here is incomplete, so I recommend asking the plan manager to creare a new invite using a different device and preferably a different browser.

The link I gave you is the one that comes up each time. No matter which device or browser used. Something wrong at Spotify end.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

Can you please check if your country setting matches with the country you're currently in?

 

Also, make sure to disable any VPNs/Proxies on your device, if you have any. 🙂
